2. EU Representative (GDPR Article 27)

As DokPath Inc. is established outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and offers goods or services to individuals in the EEA, we are required by Article 27 of the GDPR to designate a representative in the European Union.

4. Regulatory Disclosures

DokPath is a software tool — not a certified maintenance organisation.

DokPath Inc. is a software company. DokPath is not:

▪ An approved maintenance organisation under EASA Part 145 or any equivalent national aviation regulation
▪ An entity authorised to approve maintenance data under EASA Part 21 or FAA 14 CFR Part 21
▪ A railway infrastructure manager or railway undertaking under EU Directive 2016/798 or UK ROGS 2006
▪ A certifying body, notified body, or approved inspection authority under any applicable safety regulation

DokPath provides document search, retrieval, and management software. All regulatory compliance obligations — including those under EASA, DGAC, FAA, ERA, ORR, and other applicable bodies — remain exclusively with the licensed maintenance organisation, the Accountable Manager, and the certifying staff using the Service.

DokPath does not publish, approve, amend, or supersede any approved maintenance data. The content of documents uploaded by customers remains subject to the authority and approval structure of the original issuing organisation (OEM, regulatory authority, or engineering order author).

5. Dispute Resolution

EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers in the EU. This platform is accessible at:

Note: DokPath provides a B2B SaaS service. The EU ODR platform is intended primarily for consumer (B2C) disputes. Enterprise and business customers should refer to the dispute resolution provisions in the applicable Terms of Service or Master Service Agreement.

DokPath is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. We encourage any party with a grievance to contact us directly at legal@dokpath.com before initiating formal proceedings. We aim to respond to all formal legal correspondence within 10 business days.

Customer-uploaded content: All technical documentation, maintenance manuals, procedures, and data uploaded by customers to the DokPath platform remains the sole responsibility of the uploading organisation. DokPath does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, currency, or regulatory compliance of customer-uploaded documents.

External links: The DokPath website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., regulatory authorities, standards bodies). These links are provided for reference only. DokPath has no control over the content of linked sites and accepts no liability for their content, accuracy, or availability.

AI-generated content: Responses generated by the DokPath AI assistant are derived from documents uploaded by customers. DokPath does not independently verify the accuracy of AI-generated responses and expressly excludes liability for any reliance placed on such responses without verification against the primary source document. DokPath is designed to align with EASA NPA 2025-07 draft requirements. Formal compliance assessment pending NPA finalization as AMC. DokPath is an information retrieval tool and does not constitute approved maintenance data or replace certified technician judgment.

All content on the DokPath website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of DokPath Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Permitted use: You may view, print, and download content from dokpath.com for your personal, non-commercial reference only, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
